The Process

Initial Enquiry

In order for the quotation to be as accurate as possible we like to work from dimensioned scale drawings but are as equally comfortable working from a rough sketch in order to give indicative pricing to get 'the ball rolling'.

Quotation

We will produce a fully itemised quotation with a specification and images showing the style and specifications of the windows and door sets required.

Order

Once we receive an order we issue a final order confirmation for sign off so that all parties are in agreement on the exact details and specification of the bespoke manufactured pieces.

Manufacture

Our highly skilled team of Joiners, Machinists, Painters and Glaziers will handcraft the customers windows and door sets in our factory in Bacup, Lancashire.

Delivery / Installation

Once completed one of our office team will contact the customer to arrange delivery confirming that the time, date and will also ensure the type and size of vehicle are acceptable. If Installation has been chosen our office team will liaise with our installation engineers to select a date to fit the windows and doors.

After Sales Support

Our experts are always on hand if the customer requires any additional information or technical advice once the windows and doors have been supplied. On the rare occasion that you are not completely satisfied with your new bespoke joinery products your dedicated account manager is only a phone call away and ready to provide any form of assistance you may require.
